Does A Woman Ovulate After A Novasure Endometrial Ablation Procedure?

Good Evening, I had the NovaSure procedure done August 2013 and have not had a period or bleeding since, Thank GOD. However I was told I would still ovulate. How can I figure out now when I ovulate, because I believe I still have PMS type symptoms because I m not sure what s going on with my emotions, hormones, etc sometimes and I wonder if I can still have PMS even if I don t have my period monthly. Does my body still cycle as if I were to have a period, even though I actually don t have my period anymore?

Hi I think you can ovulate because you are having ovaries. It can be detected by repeated ultrasound or by ovulation detection kits. So, you can opt for either of them if you want to know the ovulation time. Your body undergoes the same process except for the periods. Hope it helps.
