Does Absence Of A Cartilage In The Knees Require Any Surgery?

Good afternoon, I ve been told I have no cartilage in one of my knees. Will this require a total knee replacement? I m a 74 yr. old active woman and I m having some pain. I would like to put off surgery if possible. Would the Flexogenic procedure work for me. Thank you for your time. J.Duncan
