Does Absence Of Follicles Create Problem In Conception?

Hi Doctor ,
From last three months my periods are irregular. I consulted my doctor.She adviced me for ultrasound . Person who has done ultra sound told me that my uterus is normal and my ovaries size is also normal but there are no follicles in both the ovaries. I have gone for ultra sound on 4th day of my period. My doctor suggested me to take APCOD-OBIS and also ovva sheild tablets. Does Having no follicles create problem in my conception??

YOU NEED to check your ovarian reserve with AMH HORMONE LEVEL.
CHECK YOUR DAY 2 FSH,LH,PROLACTIN,THYROID .
IF EVERY THING IS normal you need not worry about this.
if your AMH is low you may need IVF TO get conceive.
