Does Acid Reflux Cause Tingling Sensation On The Face?
My Dr states I have acid reflux. I went to the ER 3 weeks ago thinking I was having a heart attack. I am 33 yrs old non smoker healthy weight. However I am just wondering if acid reflux can cause tingling in the face? I have had this going on a few days now it s comes and goes when I have the feeling of the reflux I am guess. I feel like a lump in my throat, like I can not get a good deep breath and heavy chest with burning in the center of my belly close to my rib cage. Are all these normal signs of acid reflux just scared it might be heart issues even though I had an ekg and blood work that stated I was fine.
It may be due to acid reflux or acute bronchitis. Hiatal henia also may gives pressure at center of the chest. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
If symptoms not improved please get it done one Upper GI endoscopy the he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
