hello sir, my friend frequently get chest pain and feels himself something might happen to him. Recently i took him to a hospital and took the blood test , liver test, ECG ,2-D echo and TMT. Everything came out to be normal.Docter mentioned he is having acidity problem. But yet he scares he is having heart problem. Does this mean his heart is safe.please also let us know taking this tests indicate how many years is the heart safe(just to clarify to my fnd his heart is safe). please advice what is to be done?
Food pipe is just next to heart. If food pipe is having acidity due to bad food habits and smoking then it will appear like heart pain. He needs to take bland soft cool diet like more yoghurt, lassi, banana. He needs to stop eating junk food and must eat fresh fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. He can take PPIs like Omeprazole under medical supervision for relief. He needs to quit smoking and drinking alcohol if he is smoker and drinks. If ECG, ECHO TMT are normal then less likely heart disease.
