Does Acne On Face Clear By Itself Post Strattera Withdrawal?

I've had a reaction of a terrible eruption of acne while on 80mg of strattera for one week. I was taking 60 mg with no negative side effects. I stopped the 80 and went back to 60 but no change in the acne. It's awful as I have always had clear skin. Will this go away over time both either on or off this medication?

HI
Well come to HCM
For the acne, complete regime of drug is there and patient need to complete the course of this, it takes some months to come around and during this time period drug need to be changed from time to time, regular follow up with the dermatologist is very important to have good result, initially this can be managed with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for three weeks, with Erythromycin cream, hope this information helps, take care.
