Does Acupuncture Work Well For Vertigo? Or Should I Go For Roniacol?

Hi Doctor, I have vertigo for almost 5 months now, very severe, I have seen Internist, Cardiologist, ENT, and a Neurologist. I had an mri ,and a cat scan, (both normal results) The ent and neurologist have diagnosed me with an inner ear condition. The last ENT I saw send me for vestibular Therapy. I tried it but it made me worse. Some one recommended Acupuncture, I am willing to try it. now a relative tells me that there is a medication called Roniacol that is used for vertigo with great success. How come none of the doctors I ve seen has prescribed it. Do you think acupuncture will work.

Really dunno about acupuncture, you may try and let everyone know if it works. But your relative suggested a drug.. It works in vertigo, but not for all vertigo.. If u have some inner ear disease, then treatment wil depend on that disease., not on anything alse.
