Symptoms of cervical cancer are Dull aching back pain(Lower back), Low abdominal pain, White discharge per vaginum, Bleeding per vaginum, Difficulty in passing urine, difficulty in passing stools, pain in both your lower limbs, edema of your lower limbs
Signs are the once which the doctor would assess at the time of examinations. For you, i would include a complete gynaecological examination with baseline blood investigations. I would recommended to you to visit an Oncologist and get a gynaecological examination done and if necessary a biopsy as sometimes the symptoms which i have listed might not be evident in all women
