Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I only average 6-7 hours of sleep a night. I am a retired 74 yo female. I have had fatigue for many months, which gives me some anxiety, but lately I have noticed I am also dizzy a lot, especially after morning hours. My routine blood work in normal and I have had a routine physical recently. Could my fatigue/dizziness just be the result of getting older?
Just a couple of symptoms dizziness and fatigue may not be due to illness.
But it can be due to stress and anxiety, age is not the cause of this.
The most common cause would be general debility can be thought and for that extra vitamin supply can be tried, if this is long last then endocrine dysfunction needs to be tested.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain,
