What Causes Migraine Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue And Nausea?
history of migraine headaches .. recently history of dizziness, fatigue , nausea ... neuro contributed to migraines ... been told to record BP... today with very bad dizziness and blurred vision fatigue and nausea .. BP ws 77/55 record x 3 ... after an hour of rest was back to 95/60 range but still feel pretty crappy
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have migraine headache, dizziness, fatigue and nausea. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acute sinusitis ,diabetes, type 2 , mumps , multiple sclerosis , kidney disease , low blood pressure and sleep apnea . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor order ECG ,valsalva maneuver and tilt table test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with fludrocortisone and recommend to take more salt and drink more fluid . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist if there is problem related to ear .
