Hi,I am really worried about this. I have a drinking problem which has been under control for quite a while. However, I relapsed over two months ago and it s been totally out of control. I have been drinking up to two bottles of wine a day. I m not able to sleep because I have butterflies in my stomach all the time. and I ve been having panic attacks and feeling shaking regularly. I m back at work soon after the summer break (which probably contributed to the relapse and I need to start concentrating as I don t want to lose my job over this. I really want to stop. I have been to the doctor here in China but they weren t helpful. Can you offer any advice Thanks,Dawn
