Does Alcohol Consumption Cause Bile Reflux?
I get nauseous almost every morning. 7-8 times out of 10, I actually vomit. I only vomit really bubbly, almost foamy spit and bile. My period has changed drastically from normal to a random 2 days a mont and the blood is very dark and I usually only bleed overnight. I do believe this is related to alcohol abuse. Im just insure if I should go see a doctor or just remain sober.

You seems to suffer from Alcohol induced Gastritis with gastric bleeding due to gastric mucosal ulcers which go on oozing due to insults from repeated alcohol ingestions.
Cause of Bile Reflux- in alcohol gastritis-
The nausea induced by gastritis then-causes pyloric non -functioning, thus allowing bile reflux in to stomach, which adds to more gastritis in return and initiates a Vicious Circle.This leads to gastric oozing from broken gastric mucosa, which thus causes-black /dark stools in alcohol abuse.
IN this scenario-You should URGENTLY see Physician and start treatment accordingly to control-Alcohol induced gastric bleeding from gastritis.
Excessive fatty food loads /or extremes of No food -lead to mucosal insults leading to dark stool from gastric mucosal oozing, in such extreme gastric stress conditions.
