I am a healthy 39 woman I recently had my bloods done and my white blood cell count is 3.7 and my neutrophils 1.55. I very rarely get sick maybe a cold once a year. No medication. I run between 30-50ks a week. My liver also tested slightly poor but I haven t got the numbers. My gp wasn t concerned. I probably lack zinc and vitc in my diet and I struggle to stay sufficiently hydrated. Would this effect my liver. I drink a couple of nights a weeks 2 or 3 glasses of wine or a beer.
