Does An Antibiotic With Sulphur Content Cures Nasal Congestion?
Hello, I m Craig from St. Catharines, ON, Canada. I ve been fighting off some form of the flu, my family doctor prescribed for me Penicillin and this did not do a thing. I have had this microbe or whatever it is since mid December. It has all but gone, then it came back again and again, I ve lost my voice twice and people tell me they can still hear it when I talk, I m nasally congested, my throat is a bit inflamed and I am purging mucous. A neighbour mentioned that an antibiotic with sulphur will clean you right out. I welcome your advice...PLEASE?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is allergic condition, inflammatory condition, viral condition, then penicillin wont here because this is antibiotic, so to come out of this condition you can use antihistamine and best drug would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day" this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
