Does An Antihistamine Cause Fatigue?

Taking Sudafed 120 mg and loratadine 5 mg in one 12 hr. Tablet, twice daily Also am on fluoxetine 20 mg daily Is there a significant drug interaction? Have been sick for 10 days with fatigue, head and sinus congestion. How do I know if fatigue now is from decongestant/antihistamine?

Dear lortadine can cause drowsiness and weakness this effect may be aggravated by Fluoxetine intake.. Other possibilities that you may suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection that may cause your symptoms. Use stream inhalation, avoid Sedative antihistamines. Please consult your Ent surgeon. He will guide you accordingly.
