Hello,

I need to know how much liver enzymes are elevated. If it is more than two folds rise and if indirect bilirubin much high, then further work up needed and hepatitis viral marker is to be investigated.

USG (Ultrasonography) abdomen scan should be done also. According to reports further management plan decided. Consult the gastroenterologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
