Does An Indentation On The Left Cheek Indicate Progressive Hemifacial Atrophy?

Hii, Yesterday I suddenly noticed indentation on my left cheek. I am a boy 21 year old. No previous acne or pimples. If I look very closely I can see a little bit less fat on my left cheek. I am concerned about progressive hemifacial atrophy.. Can it be??

This is the side effect of having internet 24*7. How many patients you have seen or heard with hemifacial atrophy. The problem is, if you have some problem then first thing you will do is searching in internet and coming up with some bizzare disease. Chill yaar. Get a life.
