Does An Overdose Of Iron Supplement Cause Any Harmful Side Effect?

i ve had a headache for about 4 days now and i keep ibuprofen by my bed with my other medications one of my medications is a iron pill i woke up in the middle of the night because of my head and i took what i thought was 3 ibuprofens but was actually 3 iron pills and my stomach has been messed up sence will the iron cause any severe problems

iron causes stomach discomfort. due to which its better to take it during meal. iron overdose can also occur for which serum ferritin test should be done for confirmation. you should definitely visit your doctor for headaches.
