Does Antibiotics Cause Pink Vaginal Spotting?
I was diagnosed with a kidney infection on Oct.6 i startedafter i pee then one time i wiped and there was a few little dark like meroon little dots a little smaller then pepper with alittle bit of discharge on the toilet paper that only happened once and then i kepted on spotting like 6 hours more then it went away this was even before i started me antibiotics was the bleeding from implantation or was it from my antibiotics

Such bleeding is possible ..as infection &illhealth can cause irregular periods... not just spotting.
Implantation bleeding is possible if there was unprotected sex in most fertile days about 10 -15 days after sex.
* Even strong urine infection can cause slight bleeding in urine. Get urine tested
Antibiotics do not cause such bleeding.
