It could be the case in case of extreme
Stress and
Anxiety episodes, but there are high chances that there could be other health stimulators as well.
I would suggest to keep a check and make a note on how frequently it happens to you and in what situation were you into at that point of time.
If possible, try and recall the thoughts that you had in your mind when you had this episode. It will help in better understanding of your condition and would confirm if it is really due to Stress or Anxiety.
Also, please keep a close observation on how it goes right before (2-5 day), during, and after (2-3 days) after your menstrual cycle.
If you are married, then please also keep a close check if you happen to face it during or around the time of having intercourse with your partner.
We would also require to note the environment conditions you stay in.
I suggest to record this data for a month or two if your condition allows, or in case of an extremity you may also
consult a Neurologist.
