Does Anxiety Or Panic Attack Cause Dizziness And Heart Palpitations?
my son has had 2 episodes where he feels light headed and his heart is pounding and feels like he is going to die. He gets very hyper where he can t sit still. The first time he actually threw up. This time he did not get sick but the feeling was more intense so much that we called 911 and they took him to the hospital. They did blood tests and ekg and said everything came out fine although today he sill feels weak and not right like he is having an out of body experience. Can this be anxiety or a panic attack?
