hi im getting cysts on my labia minora and i was wondering if it has any rellation to the fact i suffer from acne all over my body mainly my back and face with large boil like cysts? and if so whats the best way of treating them as the cysts keep appearing more and more frequently on my labia

Cyst of labia minora has no relation to acne.
Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands,
Cysts are usually infective in nature.

Probably you are suffering from recurrent furunculosis.
It is a recurrent bacterial infection.
You need treatment with oral antibiotics.
