I had an apendectomy 12 days ago. No problems. 1 week later (last Wednesday) I developed a rash all over me. I went to the doctor and he said I had an allergic reaction to either the cat scan or penicillin and he told me to take zrytec during day and benedryl at night. The rash went away Saturday night. When I was showering on Sunday night I noticed 2 bumps at the top of my buttock and an hour later I had one on my side. I took 2 benedryl when I sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night itching. I now have welts all over, on my sides probably 2-3 inches down from armpit, all over inside my legs by my groin. Can you help me ?
