Does Apple Cider Vinegar Help In Treating Bacterial Vaginitis?
Hello! I have been suffering from Bv for about a year now and recently been trying at home remedies. Today I read about apple cider vinegar and soaking a tampon, I did this today and wore it for a few hours . When I removed it there was a lot of discharge and a few small black spots. Does this mean it’s helping ? What are the black spots ? Please help!

Black spots are waste material of menses. Which are nothing but only cloths of blood. Which stay inside for more time due to some obstruction. So should not to worry.
