Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am in my early fifties and have worked in construction my whole career and often exposed to dust. I continually have issues with sores in my nose which becomes inflamed and cause headaches. I questioned my family doctor about the possibility of it being related to asbestos exposure, he shrugged it of as being nothing. I meet a tile guy in the eighties on the jobsite who had half of his face removed in surgery from tile dust (asbestos). Always been in the back of my mind. Could asbestos be a cause of sores and headaches.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, asbestos is not good for health but this is not the symptoms as you have but it could be some cluster headache, migraine, functional headache, allergic condition but not the due to exposure to asbestos hope this information helps.
