Does Ayurvedic Medication Help In Conceiving?

I had one operation of my fallopian tubes after that Ibecame pregnant but my baby abort it self naturally again I go to doctor he suggest HSG test again and again I had blocks in reports so can with help of Ayurvedic medicine I become pregnant is it possible?

if I would have been your doctor, I would have find out what is cause for tubal block? without cause I couldn't tell you chances of conception either in Ayurveda or home or allopathy.
please share your recent blood reports, AMH, ultrasound report,Husband semen analysis report. to guide you further.
