Does Bilateral POLYCYSTIC OVARIES Confirms Pregnancy?

Hi, i'm 22yrs old female, married since 1yr 4months. I'd a miscarriage last december, n now TTC. My LMP was on 20 sep, n till now haven't got my periods. I took HPT thrice in 3rd, 4th n 5th weeks, but got negative results. Now i've symptoms like heavy dizziness n back cramps. Two days back had a brownish discharge. I got a pelvic scan done, which has a impression as, BILATERAL POLYCYSTIC OVARIES. I'm confused whether i'm pregnant or not? Can u pls clear my doubt?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if you have history of bilateral poly cystic ovaries then you already did the scan and that did not detect the pregnancy then there may not be pregnancy even if you have some time then you can retest scan for pregnancy because this is the only accurate and reliable test cab be done instead of depends upon the other history, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
