I have read your question and appreciate the concern.
Any
lump in the breast at this age should not be neglected, particularly if it is retracting the nipple.
Is the skin over the lump has become puckered like a skin of the orange? That is not a good sign. This sign is suggestive of cancer.
Try to do a following test in lying down on your back.
Try to hold the lump in your fingers and thumb and move it side ways in all the sides. The lump which is not cancerous moves freely while if it does not move freely and is stuck to the deeper tissues, it is likely to be cancer.
Dear madam, my sincere advice to you is to get an opinion of the surgeon, particularly oncosurgeon. Clinical examination by a surgeon assisted by
biopsy and microscopic examination on it will give you precise diagnosis. Please do not stay in false assurance and get the biopsy done ASAP if advised by surgeon.
Usually cancerous lump is not painful.
I hope I have given you proper guidance. Please keep me informed.
