Does Bleeding Post A Positive Result In HPT Indicate Miscarriage?

Hello.. I missed my period in November my last period was 10/11/15 I took a pregnancy test last Sunday it came out positive I went to the clinic and took another pregnancy test and also came out positive but now I m bleeding. Also I have cramps can you please tell me am I miscarriaging

1]Please do not panic.
2] It can be implantation bleeding or perisac bleeding.
3] I will suggest USG too know the viability of pregnancy and cause of bleeding.
4] Till then I will suggest Tab PAUSE 500mg 3 times a day, Tab SUSTEN SR 2 times a day, Vitamin C 500mg 2 times a day for 5 days.
5] Take rest, be calm, think positively.
