Does Blocked Nose, Lot Of Yellow Mucus & Lumps, Foggy Feeling In The Head After Operated Sinus Mean Sinus Infection Again?

Hi last may I was operated on for Chronic sinus disease & all went well, however for the past 2-3 wks I have been feeling lousy, with blocked up nose & blowing out very nasty large amounts of yellow mucus & lumps. My head feels foggy and I lack any energy. Could I have an infection in my sinus again? If so, what could possibly be causing this to happen? Kind regards Margaret-Anne
