Does Body Grow Equally Or Concentrate In Certain Areas If Trying To Build Muscles In An Ectomorph?
Hi I m an ectomorph and plained to eat 3000 kcal per day,i m 70 kilos weight, i train about 45 min- 4 days in a week,my question is will my body equaly grow/get bigger-more fat,or it will concretate at my belly and other parts that get fat faster ? Sorry for bad english i m studying it :D
if continue exercising along with daily 3000 kcal/day it is unlikely for you to concentrate fat on your belly.Still this particular thing is also hereditory but yes exercising will minimize accumulation of fat in the abdominal area.Ensure that you the you include proteinecous foods like yoghurt,eggs,chicken,lentils or sprouts,milk and other milk products as it will also help in muscle gain and not just fat gain.Do not over indulge in junk food like fries,chips,choclates etc as that can lead to excessive fat gain and thus it will be an unhealthy way of gaining weight.
