Body building causes lot of muscle tear and wear daily so it has to be replaced by nutrition.Secondly if too much of body building is done then it causes changes in muscle, joints, ligaments, blood vessels, etc which becomes painful once you grow old. So my advice is regular optimum exercise to keep yourself fit and healthy. Moreover if your are not going for bodybuilding contest then there is no need for overexertion. Regards, Thanks.
