Does Brown Vaginal Discharge, Back Pain And Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello i had my period saturday the 29th of january and finished my period the following wednesday and it started off very light and then was lighter than normal and bright red but on wednesday is when it turned brown and then it lasted like this until thursday night and on thursday i had sex with a condom(usually always have unprotected sex) and then friday had unprotected sex because the brown blood was gone and then 2 days later (sunday night) i spotted light pink and then monday morning it was brown goldish with very small chunks and then turned brown mixed with clear discharge and was gone tuesday morning

what does this mean and yesterday i was kind of gasey with slight cramps and today i had lower back pain mixed with cramps and hunger cramps....should i be worried im pregnant?
