Hallow Dear,

The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. All other symptoms appear about a week after the missed period. You have not missed your period; at least there no mention about it.

Within a week of sexual relation, any discharge cannot be considered as a symptom of pregnancy. Moreover you are on birth control pills. So I feel you can safely exclude the possibility of pregnancy. You may confirm pregnancy status by Beta hCG test 10 days after the last unprotected sex or by home pregnancy test about a week after the missed period.

This discharge could be due to some infection; may be sexually transmitted infection. Since condom was not used during intercourse, the possibility of sexually transmitted infection cannot be ignored. You might require some antibiotics treatment.

Please report to your STI consultant.
