IF your food is high in phosphate and calcium , it may cause urinary tract sties, cause erosion and bleeding. Sometime high vitamin B complex or some meat or artificial color can cause red urine. Estrogen is also not causing direct bleeding on urinary system. So if this problem is persistent, just go for urine examination investigation in lab and consult the doctor with reports.
