Does Bump On Tongue After Having Oral Sex Indicate STD?

Hi I had oral sex with a guy last weekend and the day after I had a horrible sore throat. It lasted for a week and I couldn t even speak I had lost my voice so much. I then developed a horrific cough and now have the flu... Then when brushing my teeth I noticed a white bump on my tongue. I thought it was just irritated then I noticed a second bump the next day. Could this be any kind of std? And if so do I have to go to the doctor or tell anyone, or can I just fight it off myself?

I am of the opinion that you have acquired STD most probably it is Gonorrhoea. Kindly consult your doctor for proper evaluation & specific treatment.
