Does Calcium Pentothenate Help Reduce Grey Hair?

Hello Dr.
My name is Bharat from Karnataka..
I consulted a Dermatologist in my town.. He prescribed me Altris gel and calcium pentothenate tablets.. I am taking it regularly and applying the gel once a day (evening). Approximately 1 month has passed. Still I feel no big changes, but I am confident that it will give good result. However, he has asked me to continue for 6 months.
My problem is.......
1) My doctor suggested me to keep the hair unoiled. If I keep unoiled my head looks ugly and and over dry.. so please suggest me how to handle this?
2) I have grey hair on my chest and beard too. Will it help just by taking Calcium pentothenate tablets?
3) I have been told to take the tablets for 15 days continuously and then give a break for 10 days and continue again.. How will this help?

I really appreciate your concern stop using this medicine "Calcium pentothenate only works(Some time not always) in premature graying of hair in your case this drug wont give any effects even you go on using it for years, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
