Does Cashew Nut Consumption Cause Trouble To The Unborn Child?
I am currently pregnant - 22weeks and I have occasionally eaten cashew nuts as my midwife advised it's now safe as part of a balanced diet but I'm worried after looking online- plus my husband has asthma and my son has eczema- have I put my unborn baby at risk??
As apart of balanced diet cashew is not contraindicated,of course there should be proper ratio of carb, protein, fat, bit, mineral in your diet. Excess of any thing will definitely harm.
