Does Ceasing Of Carbimazole Cause Any Adverse Side Effects?

I have been overactive since May last year ,was put on carbimazole35m. Was reduced in October to 20m as I was under active thyroid, they have now just stopped them before starting me on an under active medicine .what I want to know is will there be any side effects
