Does Cellulitis From MRSA Cause Hardened Skin While On Bactrim?

i had cellulitis due to mrsa. i took bactrim for it and the infection drain on its own and seems to have gone away, however i still have hardened area of skin and the skin is pink. Is this normal after this type of infection or should I be concerned. the area does not hurt or both me now as it did when it was infected.

hi there.
1. don't worry, it just a healing ulcer.
2. get ESR blood test done, if it is below 20 mm ignore everything, but if it abovee 20 mm consult a dermatologist near by you for physical examination.
3. until then start using tbact oint twice daily and opexa gel once daily bed time for enhancing the ulcer healing.
4. prefer diet rich in proteins and vit C like citrus fruits
they heal in skin healing.
