Does Cervical Stenosis And Arthritis In Bones Cause Difficulty In Walking?

Can cervical stenosis, combined with flattened cord in two areas, plus arthritis in bones of sacrum, cause walking difficulties? I am 86 year old female, 5ft tall, 135 lbs. I have extensive osteoarthritis (including in spine and feet) degenerative disc disease. I am widowed for 3 years, am active, live alone, drive my car. In other words take care of myself. I take only 3 prescription drugs....Synthroid for hypothyroidism since 1989. Diovan to control B/P, and Warfarin Sodium since 2001 when I had clot in lung. I have the inherited gene Factor V Leiden, so that is why I am still on the Warfarin. (If I had known there is a monetary charge for this, I wouldn't have wasted my time!!)
