I have the implanon implant for the last 18 months with regular periods though heavier than before, This month i have had the cramping but no actual bleeding could i be pregnant, also i have been taking citalopram for six weeks could this affect the implanon working?

Implanon implant contains progesterone derivative hormone...This hormone has side effect of irregular, scanty or profuse, spotting or absent periods. Implanon offers good contraceptive control. Hence, you have no chance of pregnancy. Please be relaxed.
