Does Clear Liquid Discharge From Nipple Indicate Pregnancy?

Well I'm almost a month late for my monthly. I tested twice and it came out negative. I also have a utiand was told that can be a reason of a delay. my next expected period is next Friday. I just notice pressure on my feet to where it's uncomfortable to wear regular shoes. I think i notice like clear liquid stuff coming out of my nipple. this is my first pregnancy.
