Six months ago my son started snoring very louad and had dificulty breathing at nights. We could see his chest sucking and he sweats a lot. My son was supposed to has his tonsils removed because he suffer from sleep apnea. His breathing stops 5.5 times per hour for 10 seconds. We had to travel to QAtar. Since we came his breathing is much much better. Most of the nights he sleeps normally no snoring and breaths normally. Others nights he breaths with dificulty but not ad much as back home
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, snoring is physiological phenomenon and it may not be due to any disease now for the apnea it need to be diagnosed properly and if it is not being diagnosed then better to see the physician, you have not mentioned the age of your son, hope this information helps.
