Does Coffee Cause Lightheadedness?

Hi, I feel light headed every time I take 1 cup of nescafe pure coffee. I kind of have feeling in my right ear after that. However for 2 years now m right ear can just feel as if there is water in it even if I haven t taken any coffee. If I take energy drinks to keep awake, I really get messed up, sick in the stomach, dizzy.

Welcome to HCM
Caffeinated beverages, such as coffee or tea contain caffeine, actually reduces blood flow to the brain, which is why you may feel dizzy if you ingest a lot of it. Caffeine also has a diuretic effect, lead to loss of body fluid. In some cases, especially if you do not replace fluids by drinking enough water, this may lead to dehydration and lightheadedness.Although the acid in coffee can sometimes cause side effects, such as stomach upset.
This substance is not found only in tea and coffee, but it is found in energy drinks and soda to reduce them, for example, if you drink coffee do not drink soda or drink energy and vice versa
Best Regards
