hie my right hand ,wrist ,arm, are cold and I am loosing strength in my hand if I put pressure on my arm it hurts and my wrist hurts really bad for a few seconds my other hand and my feet are also starting to get cold. It feels like Im loosing all circulation . Do you think I have a pinched nerve
