General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Colon cancer usually leads rectal bleeding not vaginal bleeding

Your proper work up is necessary here to rule out underlying organic cause if present

Your HB level 4.2 is very severe anemia and it might be iron deficiency anemia or from hemolytic anemia...

Your work up done as follow...
-USG abdomen and pelvis
-PS examination and reticulocyte count
-Serum LDH estimation, sgpt and SGOT enzymes estimation

According to cause specific treatment given

For dysfunctional uterine bleeding trenexemic acid tablet can be prescribed
If vaginal bleeding more and no cause found after pelvic examination and USG than Hormonal imbalance checked

Take care

Consult physician for examination
