Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history I may say in
carpal tunnel syndrome you may experience
tingling and numbness in your fingers or hands, especially your thumb and index, middle or ring fingers, but not your little fingers.
In
shoulder tendinitis pain will be when affected joints are moved, you can get tenderness and swelling as well. Treatment for it at present is rest, IC, Elevationn, compressio, painkillerss like
ibuprofen, steroid injection inside joints etc
Finally, one more option which we can be considered as
Frozen shoulder which is at early stage the main symptom is freezing shoulder joints, if you move it will be painful.
So nothing to be worried at all and all are 100% curable, so get a physical examination tomorrow by your local doctor and by physical examination it will be cleared which condition you have. Do one CBC with differential before physical exam.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks
