Hello sir , i m giving zifi 100 dt n metacin from 2 days.n how much i hv 2 continue 4 only one day or 3 day more.n she had fevet before 25 days i gave her antibiotik clava m forte.is that ok 2 gives antibiotik within 1 mnth.or it cause harm 2 her health.n zifi 100 dt is gud or any side effect.pl giveme inform

zifi 100 is antibiotic contains cefexime . its broad spectrum antibiotic, its not having much sideeffects practically except some persons may develop allergic reaction, but usualy after a single dose. if she is not devolped reaction than no problem, you can continue for 3 days totally, if its not responding than you have to go check the near doctor to find the cause.
