Hello,

It seems that there is collection of fluid behind your ear drum which is common after an infection. You don't need to use antibiotic any more. The aim of the treatment should be to drain this fluid through its natural route which is through "Eustachian Tube". Please use Tab Claritin once a day, Sinex Nasal Spray 2 puffs in each nostril twice a day, steam inhalation with some liquid Vicks in it and continue this treatment for 10 days. Perform warm saline gargles twice a day to relive the throat congestion. This will take some time to relive and you have to be little patient with this treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
